TGIF

Boy was I glad it was Friday!! The kids were a little rowdy today, but I raffled off some doughnuts, which seemed to help a little bit:) I'm all about rewards! They had to write a personal narrative, and hopefully, Monday I will have a good feel of where my kids stand as far as their writing ability. Middle school kids ask some crazy questions at the most inconvenient times. For example, "what happens if I need to go throw up," or "is there alcohol in hand sanitizer," or "is it true in college if you draw circles on top of your "i's" you have to re-write your paper?" where do they come up with stuff? It is definitely more hilarious than anything I could make up! Next week we will start studying memoirs, and I hope to do some goal setting with them on Monday. Hope you have a good weekend!
